You don’t have to be religious to study RE at William Ellis! 

The religious, philosophical and moral issues covered call for clear thinking, recognising that all of us are in a broad sense ‘believers’ – we all have beliefs and principles that inevitably affect the way we behave and, in particular, in the way we treat others. 

We teach GCSE Religion and Life Edexcel short course, which pupils sit in Year 10.
